The Role
As the Office Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person keeping our office running seamlessly. This is a varied role where no two days are the same — you’ll manage weekly and monthly administrative tasks while staying flexible to pick up ad-hoc priorities as they arise.
You’ll support the Director, Project Managers, Site Team, Estimating, and Accounts with essential administration, ensuring our projects and business operations are delivered efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across Construction, Site, Estimating, and Accounts teams.
Manage employee inductions and assist with OH&S compliance processes.
Coordinate and maintain staff training records and programs.
Assist with financial admin including payroll reporting, reconciling receipts, and cost allocation to projects.
Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office.
Maintain office logistics — supplies, calls, emails, and correspondence.
Manage company vehicles: fuel cards, insurances, registrations, and E-tags.
Liaise with contractors and staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in an administration role within the Building & Construction industry.
Experience with Cheops (construction management software) is highly regarded.
Exposure to OH&S compliance and Hammertech software preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook essential).
Excellent communicate on skills — both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the confidence to take initiative.
A positive, energetic, and “can-do” attitude with a professional yet approachable personality.
