We are seeking a CASUAL OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our team in Karnup. This role involves a range of office management tasks, including invoicing, order processing and liaising with customers and suppliers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing & Order Management:
Process customer orders using MYOB Accountright. Working alongside our Accounts department.
Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, including stationery, general upkeep, and ensuring a well-organised office environment.
MYOB Usage:
Input data in MYOB for invoicing and managing supplier/customer records.
Email & Correspondence:
Managed shared inbox, responded to client and supplier queries, and maintained clear internal communication.
Event Support:
Some flexibility will be required for special events such as Christmas, Mother's Day and Easter. Additional hours may be required leading up to these
Bulb Management Record keeping for Quarantine of flower bulbs planted on site.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Proficiency in MYOB or similar accounting software
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Must be available to work Mondays and Wednesdays, approx. 6–10 hours per week. School Hours if required.
Police clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
