About the role

Join the team at Bob Jane T-Marts' as a Wheel Aligner / Workshop Foreperson based at the Morley T-Marts. This full-time role is responsible for managing workshop flow, performing wheel alignments, fitting tyres and other automotive tyre servicing tasks to ensure customer vehicles are operating safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Managing workshop flow and leading a Workshop Team

Stock management

Conduct wheel alignments using specialised equipment

Diagnose and rectify suspension and steering issues

Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks

Provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process

Adhere to all health, safety and quality standards

Contribute to a positive team environment

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a wheel aligner or in a similar automotive servicing role

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail and quality of work

Good communication skills to liaise with customers

Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications essential

Full manual driver's licence
