We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our small but busy Malaga office, working 30 to 38 hours per week (we are flexible with hours for the right person). We are a sheetmetal manufacturing business and also carry out some site work.
The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of office administration, payroll and accounts functions, reception, preparation of quotations and customer service.
The preferred candidate for this role will possess the following personal qualities:
· Highly organised with great attention to detail
· Excellent time management
· Strong numeracy skills
· Solid understanding of accounts
· Experience in payroll
· A strong focus on grammar, spelling and drafting
· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
· Skills in MS Office and MYOB (or similar)
· Demonstrate initiative and problem solving
· Experience in small business operations
Duties include but are not limited to:
· All aspects of small business administration including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, BAS statements, payroll etc
· Preparation of reports for the management team
· Debt collection and client liaison
· Ordering stock, materials, stationery and sundry supplies
· Preparation of / amendment of quotations
· Health and Safety documentation and record keeping
· Frontline office duties including answering of telephones etc.
