The Role

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and deliver a range of residential renovation projects from concept through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing all stages of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery.

Coordinating trades, suppliers, consultants, and internal design staff to ensure seamless project execution.

Preparing and managing project budgets, cost reports, and progress claims.

Conducting site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety and building regulations.

Managing client communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Handling variations, risk management, and resolution of any project issues that may arise.

Reporting to senior management on project timelines, budgets, and outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organisation, and technical expertise to our growing team. Key requirements include:

Proven experience in a Project Management role within residential construction.

Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, trades, and internal teams.

Proficiency in project management tools, construction software, and reporting systems.

A qualification in Construction Management, Building, or a related field will be highly regarded.

Must be willing to commute between Northern Rivers NSW and the Gold Coast QLD according to on-going projects.

Remuneration

This is a full-time permanent position based in the Northern Rivers / Gold Coast region.

Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 per annum plus superannuation (negotiable based on experience).

Standard working hours with occasional flexibility required depending on project demands.
