We are expanding and looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in construction to step into project management and build a career in a high-demand, specialised field.

The Role

As a Junior Project Manager, you’ll work closely with the Construction Manager and Site Supervisors to deliver projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. Your role will involve coordinating schedules, procurement, compliance, and documentation, while ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest standard.

This is a hands-on role with a clear pathway to Project Manager, supported by mentorship and real exposure to live projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing multiple projects from awarded to completion

Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure they are working efficiently

Support scheduling, procurement, budgeting, and reporting

Maintain project documentation, compliance records, and WHS requirements with the support of a coordinator

Communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Requirements

Qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

1–2 years’ experience in construction or project coordination.

Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with scheduling, procurement, and documentation processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office or project management software.

Current NSW driver’s licence and ability to travel across Sydney sites.

Desirable Skills

Experience in waterproofing, epoxy flooring, or remedial construction.

Knowledge of local building codes, WHS requirements, and compliance.

Exposure to estimating, cost tracking, or quality assurance.

Familiarity with project tracking & e-tools such as Payapps, Aconex, Procore
