Great opportunity for a Project Manager in the construction industry for a 12 month contract role, with this NSW Government organisation
Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- developing and delivering a range of projects by using your knowledge of Local Governments Building and Construction
Industry.
- liaising with governing authorities and/or utility providers
- coordinating design, managing contractors, providing technical direction and ensuring projects are delivered within pre-determined limits of time, cost and quality.
- collaborating and managing client and project needs using effective interpersonal and communication skill
- all other requirements as identified within the position description.
Qualifications and/or experience relevant to position
- 5+ years Project Management experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience of managing construction labourers / contractors.
- Certified in: WHS Construction Induction certificate
- Excellent communication and team-leading skills
