About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager - Client-Side to lead the successful delivery of property and infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for guiding project teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across all stages of the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple projects

Managing time, cost, and quality outcomes

Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

Administering consultant and construction contracts

Preparing project reports and governance documentation

Supporting tenders and business development activities

This is a full-time, office-based role in Wollongong.

About You

You are a confident and detail-oriented leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring others. You will ideally bring:

4+ years of experience for Project Manager applicants, and 7+ years for Senior Project Manager applicants.

Qualifications in Construction Management, Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline

Strong background in design management and contract administration

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency

A valid Australian driver’s licence
