Walara Inc, a not for profit aged care services provider operating throughout the Lower North, is seeking energetic customer service officers to be based from its residential aged care facilities. Your role is pivotal in providing support to our residents, their families and our staff, overseeing the day to day operations of the site’s office space and support services. Experience in accounts payable or similar will be considered favourably. This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation and to support your local community. Monday to Friday part time hours.

Desirable Skills I Knowledge I Experience

Professional verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrable knowledge, understanding and experience in the application of accounting software

Demonstrable experience in general accounting principles and practices

Proven ability to be able to work on multiple tasks and to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner

Exceptional time management and forward planning skills

Experience in the Microsoft suite of standards products

In addition, you will require a current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Aged Care) or be willing to obtain.
