PREMIX CONCRETE SA IS LOOKING FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER TO JOIN OUR ENERGISED TEAM.
Premix Concrete SA started from humble beginnings in 1989 and is a highly respected family-owned business with a fleet of over 40 concrete trucks, cement tankers and tippers, and a workforce of more than 110 employees across three concrete plants.

We strive to deliver outstanding service to all our clients and customers, and as a Customer Service Officer you will play a key role in meeting our customer’s needs.
Based at our Salisbury Head Office, Premix Concrete SA is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Officer who can work autonomously and has a proven track record of working in a high paced call centre whilst interacting in a close team environment.
If you can demonstrate and deliver the following, Premix wants to hear from you:
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail.
Call centre experience in a busy environment.
Great clerical and computer skills.
Able to multi - task.
Good knowledge of the Adelaide metro area.
Great time management and meeting deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail when it comes to data entry and customer payments.
Previous experience scheduling/rostering/ coordinating in a time sensitive environment.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and meet customer requirements in a busy office.
It is preferable that potential candidates have a strong understanding and experience working in the concrete industry.
This role requires the ability to work overtime, including early starts and alternate Saturdays.
