Customer Service Officer
Location: Cavan, SA 5094
Pay Rate: $32 - $33 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our client's team in Cavan. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and urgency are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Process component orders with accurate data entry and code matching

Ensure same-day turnaround for all orders

Escalate urgent orders promptly and appropriately

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Apply product knowledge to customer-specific processes

About You

Proven experience in customer service or administration

Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy

Confident communicator, skilled in phone and email management

Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure

Knowledge of customer-specific product processes (advantageous)
