We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officer (Part Time) to join our South Australian branch. This role is vital in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and providing outstanding service to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide professional customer service, responding to phone and email enquiries.

Process service appointments, timesheets, and job documentation with accuracy.

Assist with maintaining production schedules, work orders, and purchase orders.

Coordinate subcontractor paperwork, invoices, and compliance documentation.

Support the branch with administrative tasks, reporting, and record keeping.

Provide relief reception coverage and general branch support as needed.

Uphold TRS standards, policies, and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel essential).

Experience using ERP systems (MYOB Acumatica highly regarded).

Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).

Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
