Qualifications & Experience

Previous experience working as a Medical Receptionist preferred but not essential

Experience with Medical Director and Pracsoft practice software useful - training provided

Ability to multitask & strong attention to detail is essential

Proficient typing and computer skills

Strong time management skills and accountability

Professional presentation and phone manner

Must be able to work weekends including Friday (Fridays, Saturday and or Sundays) ***

Must be able to work consistent days and hours (we have limited flexibility to change the allocated days and hours once these are set***) - we are unable to easily work around changing university schedules

Willing to be a team player

Adhering to all relevant practice protocols, policies and procedures

Adhering to professional code of conduct

Required to wear practice uniform
