About the Position

Our Buderim clinics are seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Receptionist to join a great team in a part-time (4 days per week) capacity. This role is perfect for someone who has a flexible approach with a ‘can-do’ attitude and high-level communication skills. The successful candidate will have proven experience showing their ability as a Medical Receptionist, including triage and concierge.

What you will bring

Due to our fast-paced environments, you will have previous medical reception experience, and knowledge of Best Practice software is preferred.

You will also:

Have proven experience in a customer service environment;

Display empathy and understanding;

Understand client and staff confidentiality;

Work with integrity and be reliable;

Have the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time;

Have strong written and verbal communication; and
