As Performance Media Coordinator, you’ll support campaign delivery across social, search, programmatic display & video, affiliate and native platforms. You’ll partner closely with a Performance Executive and senior digital leaders, building the foundations of your career while contributing to work that delivers real, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup, optimisation and reporting of campaigns across multiple performance channels
• Work closely with your Manager and broader team to deliver campaigns that hit KPIs
• Prepare client-ready reports and maintain accurate campaign documentation
• Ensure campaigns are trafficked correctly and deadlines are consistently met
• Contribute to measurement plans and post-campaign analysis
• Stay up to date with industry trends, training and new technologies to expand your skills

What You’ll Bring

• 2 - 3 years in digital marketing
• A genuine interest in digital marketing and performance media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Curiosity, ambition and a willingness to learn quickly in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• Any exposure to paid media channels, DSPs, or tools like Google Analytics is highly regarded (but not essential)
