Are you passionate about crafting compelling digital journeys that captivate audiences and deliver results? QTIX is on the lookout for a Digital Campaign Coordinator to lead the charge in creating high-impact email and web campaigns that connect with audiences in meaningful ways.
In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts, designing automated journeys, segmenting audiences with precision, and applying insights to boost engagement and grow attendance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Email Campaigns with Impact: Create and execute targeted email campaigns using our marketing automation platform. Build smart journeys with touchpoints like reminders and surveys to deepen engagement and encourage repeat attendance.
Segment Audiences & Personalise Content: Use data to uncover audience segments and tailor messaging that resonates. Align campaign strategies with client goals and audience behaviours to maximise relevance and performance.
Manage Web Content That Converts: Build and maintain event pages and content on the QTIX website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand and marketing objectives.
Optimise Through Insight: Deliver detailed campaign reports with actionable insights. Use tools like Google Analytics and tracking tags to monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Champion Best Practice: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and stay ahead of digital marketing trends to keep our campaigns fresh, innovative, and effective.
Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with the QTIX Marketing Strategy and Insights Manager and broader team to support campaign success across all touchpoints.
About You
We’re looking for a digital marketer who thrives on data, creativity, and results. You’ll bring:
Proven experience designing and implementing automated email journeys that drive engagement and retention.
Strong skills in audience segmentation and applying insights to personalise content and messaging.
Experience managing website content with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Confidence in reporting and analytics, with hands-on experience using tools like Google Analytics and campaign tracking.
A solid understanding of digital compliance and privacy standards.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
