About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience in eCommerce and a proven track record in paid media. This is not a management role you’ll be rolling up your sleeves to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns that directly impact growth.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and eCommerce teams to ensure our paid channels are delivering strong ROI, scalable results, and continuous learning through testing.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across paid search, social, and display.

Day-to-day campaign operations including audience targeting, budget pacing, and bid strategies.

Create and test ad copy, creatives, and landing pages to maximise conversions.

Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive growth.

Stay up to date with platform changes and new opportunities in paid media.

Collaborate with internal teams on campaign strategy, reporting, and creative briefing.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within eCommerce.

Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (or similar).

Proven ability to deliver measurable results.

Solid understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and analytics tools (GA4, Shopify analytics, etc).

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.

Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Nice to Have

Experience with, email, or affiliate marketing.

Knowledge of CRO and landing page optimisation.

Experience with creative briefing and A/B testing at scale.
