As Performance Specialist, you’ll be the go-to for social campaigns while also contributing across other performance channels. From briefing and execution through to optimisation and reporting, you’ll make sure campaigns deliver. Alongside that, you’ll mentor a Performance Coordinator and report into senior digital managers who are as passionate about performance as you are.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise campaigns across Social, Search, Display and emerging platforms
• Collaborate with senior leaders to refine performance marketing strategy
• Manage a Performance Coordinator, providing mentorship and guidance
• Deliver campaigns on time, on budget and in line with agreed KPIs
• Produce clear, data-driven reports and actionable recommendations

What You’ll Bring

• 3 - 5 years’ hands-on experience managing paid digital channels, with a demonstrated strength in social media
• Current Google Ads and Meta certifications
• Strong ability to structure and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
• Solid understanding of analytics and measurement tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience with reporting and ad serving platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Campaign Manager 360)
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
