Our client is an award-winning independent agency seeking a confident, capable, and collaborative Performance Manager with deep search expertise. This role has been created to support an existing high-performing team member who is stretched across too many priorities. It’s ideal for someone who thrives on optimising campaigns, partnering with client service teams, and delivering results—without ego.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading, optimising, and scaling paid search campaigns across Google Ads and SA360, with exposure to other Google Marketing Platform tools such as Analytics 360. Your focus will be driving measurable impact for clients through sharp SEM execution, while helping create systems that make performance easier and more effective across the agency.

This role sits within a collaborative, results-driven team where curiosity and autonomy are encouraged.

What You’ll Be Doing

Plan, execute, and optimise SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Analytics 360.

Collaborate with an existing Performance Manager.

Partner closely with account service teams to ensure SEM aligns with client objectives.

Build smart, lean, and high-impact strategies that deliver ROI.

Contribute to a culture of feedback, clarity, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years’ experience in SEM campaign management, with hands-on expertise in Google Ads, SA360, and Analytics 360.

Strong technical skills and a commercial mindset—able to turn insights into results.

A calm, focused presence in fast-paced environments.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Experience in independent agencies or consultancies is highly regarded
