VERVE Fitness is one of Australia’s fastest-growing fitness equipment brands, and we’re just getting started. We’re building a high-performance marketing team at our Gold Coast HQ and looking for someone sharp, proactive, and ready to grow with us.

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Coordinator to manage the executional engine of our marketing ops; from updating the Shopify store and writing persuasive product copy to supporting product launches and backend workflows.

What You’ll Do

Maintain and update our Shopify store: manage products, collections, and on-site content

Write and improve high-converting product copy with a sales psychology lens

Coordinate new product launches end-to-end (content, listings, pages live)

Create clear, actionable briefs for designers, videographers, or developers

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to assist with briefs, copywriting, formatting, and more

Assist with uploading creative and copy into our Meta Ads Manager

Help maintain reporting dashboards and support internal SOPs or systems

What You’ll Need

1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or similar

A self-learner mindset with the ability to problem-solve independently and figure things out as you go

Strong experience with Shopify: product uploads, page updates, theme editing

Comfortable using drag-and-drop web builders and making light tweaks to Shopify themes

Basic understanding of direct-response copywriting and how to write to sell

Comfortable with Canva and CapCut for light design and video editing tasks

Strong fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to streamline execution

Highly organised and detail-oriented

A genuine passion for fitness and interest in the industry

Bonus Points

Exposure to HubSpot or NetSuite

Experience at a fast-growing eCommerce or consumer brand

Familiarity with Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, or analytics dashboards

Comfortable making small edits in code (HTML, CSS, Liquid, or similar)

Hands-on experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n

Location

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Gold Coast HQ in Upper Coomera. You’ll work closely with our content and marketing team in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.

Salary

$60,000 – $75,000 AUD base, depending on experience

Optional performance-based bonus tied to execution targets
