Position Overview – Internal Sales & Technical Support
Location: Northgate QLD
Salary: $65,000–$70,000 + Super
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Reporting To: Toby Tomasson - QLD State Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate

The Role – Sales &Technical Support All-Rounder
This is a varied and engaging role ideal for someone who has worked in a technology role, is customer focused and genuinely cares about the customers end to end experience, and is looking to grow within the B2B sector. Based at the Northgate QLD branch, you’ll be involved in everything from sales and customer service to technical/IT support on our range of security products.
Key Responsibilities
· Responding to Enquiries: Handle phone, email, and in-person enquiries from customers and provide timely and accurate information
· Creating Quotes and Processing Orders: Generate quotes for customers and process their orders efficiently
· Providing Technical Support: Offer technical support to customers via in-person, on-site, and over the phone, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly (training provided)
· Product Delivery and Site Visits: Occasionally deliver products to customers or visit their sites as needed (driver’s licence required)
· Product Support: Provide product support and training to customers, helping them understand and utilize our products effectively
· Branch Operations: Support general branch operations as needed, contributing to the smooth functioning of the team

· Strong knowledge of IT Systems, network and server/PC builds
· A passion for staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
· Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
· Dependable, punctual, and hands-on
· Ambition to grow into sales or senior technical roles
· Team player with great communication skills
· Valid driver’s licence and willingness to visit clients occasionally
