What you’ll do:

Assist the sales team with quotes, follow-ups, and customer support

Enter and maintain CRM/ERP data accurately

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Support marketing activities, including social media scheduling

Liaise with operations to ensure smooth order and delivery

What we’re looking for:

Year 12 (or equivalent) and basic computer skills

Strong communication, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Positive, professional attitude and a proactive mindset
