Are you an experienced team leader with a passion for organisation, people management, and keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for a Sales Support Team Leader to join our growing team and provide crucial support across sales, service, and operations.
In this role, you'll oversee a team of four, ensuring workloads are managed effectively, customer enquiries are handled promptly, and processes are followed across multiple departments. You'll also be the go-to link between sales, service, accounts, and project management helping the business deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of 4 sales support staff, managing workloads and ensuring phone coverage between 7am–5pm.
Oversee daily sales leads in Hubspot, distributing and tracking progress to ensure timely follow-up.
Facilitate communication between sales, service, accounts, and warehouse teams to keep processes on track.
Schedule installations, commissioning, repairs, and inspections via Google Calendar and Tasks.
Manage commissioning paperwork and coordinate with councils, supervisors, and homeowners.
Oversee inbox management across multiple business units (commissions, dispatch, sales and orders).
Run monthly sales support team meetings and provide weekly reports to the National Service Manager.
Assist with compliance tasks including QBCC submissions.
Support monthly sales meetings, Lunch & Learn sessions, and internal communications.
Step in to assist with sales and service overflow calls, payments, and customer queries as required.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing leadership with hands-on support. You'll need to be:
Minimum 2-3 years' experience leading small teams (3-6 people) and coordinating daily workflows.
Previous customer service or call centre experience, with confidence handling phone enquiries and resolving customer issues.
Highly organised with strong time-management and scheduling skills.
Confident using systems such as Hubspot, MYOB, Google Workspace, and task management tools.
A proactive communicator who can work across departments and with external stakeholders.
Flexible and solutions-focused, with the ability to step in and assist where needed.
