About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Sales Support Specialist, based in Victoria, to play a key role in the after-sales journey for our vehicle-based parking systems.

In this role, you’ll work closely with customers after the point of sale, ensuring systems are delivered, set up, and adopted smoothly. You’ll coordinate delivery logistics, assist with setup and configuration, and guide customers through onboarding and training so they feel confident using our technology. You’ll also provide ongoing after-sales support as part of our technical team, helping clients get the best out of their investment.

This is a hands-on, people-focused position that combines technical support with customer engagement. It offers variety, travel, and the chance to work directly with clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Work with your team to plan and manage the delivery, setup, and configuration of vehicle-based systems.

Coordinate schedules and resources to meet client requirements.

Be a friendly and reliable point of contact, keeping customers updated and supported.

System Setup and Configuration

Support the installation and configuration of Aero Ranger’s plug-and-play systems.

Assist with setup requirements and ensure deployments run smoothly.

Collaborate with installation teams and external contractors as needed.

Customer Onboarding & Training

Deliver engaging onboarding sessions, including in-vehicle demonstrations.

Provide clear guidance, answer questions, and build customer confidence.

Create and maintain easy-to-follow training materials and documentation.

After-Sales Support & Troubleshooting

Provide phone and remote support after installation, solving issues quickly and professionally.

Escalate complex issues when needed while keeping customers informed.

Ensure every customer has a positive experience from purchase to day-to-day use.

Logistics Coordination

Manage delivery of hardware and ensure components are ready for installation.

Work with logistics partners and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Is comfortable using basic hand tools and confident around technology (if you’ve ever opened up a PC case, you’ll feel at home here).

Is organised and proactive, with strong project management skills and a solutions-focused mindset.

Enjoys learning new systems and growing technical knowledge (training provided).

Communicates clearly and warmly over the phone and in person, able to build strong client relationships.

Thrives in a role that mixes hands-on work with frequent travel, and enjoys being on the move.

Is confident providing both in-person and over-the-phone support.

Holds a valid driver’s licence and passport (for travel within Australia and overseas).
