We are looking to appoint a passionate and experienced Sales Support Specialist to join our Sales Team.

About the role
This is a full-time role from 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday offering the successful candidate the option to work fully from home within the Wider Brisbane / Gold Coast regions.
We're looking for someone that lives and breathes SaaS Software sales. You'll be expected to work autonomously as well as with other sales team members to produce outcomes that deliver on our retention and growth strategies.
Day to day
The day-to-day responsibilities of the position include;
Assisting our Sales Team to effectively manage leads in our Zoho CRM
Assisting our Sales Manager with marketing campaigns and other sales-related activities
Supporting and delivering product demonstrations remotely via Teams and Zoom
Providing system onboarding and training to new customers
Engaging with existing customers to ensure they are aware of the full scope of platform features
Providing feedback to the product team regarding opportunities for continual platform improvement.
Required Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will possess the following;
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar sales role for a large-scale, multi-tenant cloud-based CRM or similar
Experience using Zoho CRM or similar
Experience in providing software demonstrations
Experience with onboarding and training new customers
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence
Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
Computer literacy across the Microsoft office suite of programs
Unlimited Full-Working Rights in Australia
Ability to work independently and autonomously with minimal supervision.
