Role Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance or claims essential
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and process escape of liquid claims
- Review documentation and ensure accuracy across all claims files
- Provide administrative support to the wider claims team
- Liaise with clients, insurers and repairers to progress claims in a timely manner
- Maintain records and ensure compliance with company procedures
