What You’ll Be Doing

Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth business operations

Assist with accounts tasks such as receipting and lodging invoices (training provided)

Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation

Support workplace inspections and quality checks

Help coordinate marketing activities and events

Communicate effectively with managers, staff, suppliers, and clients

Follow established processes while contributing ideas for improvement

What We’re Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong attention to detail and time management

Great communication skills (written and verbal)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Respectful and adaptable in a diverse workplace

1–2 years of admin experience is a bonus—but not essential

Basic knowledge of accounts or payroll is helpful

Familiarity with MYOB Advanced or similar systems is an advantage

Must be available for full-time, office-based work (no remote option)
