We’re looking for a Junior Mobilisation Administrator to join our West Perth team. This role supports the mobilisation of our blue-collar workforce and provides general administrative assistance.

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday in our modern office, you’ll be part of a close-knit mobilisation team. Key responsibilities include:

General administration and reception duties

Answering phone calls and greeting visitors

Formatting and filing qualifications

Sending flight and accommodation details

Verifying licences and qualifications

Booking medicals and training sessions

Issuing PPE

Other tasks as directed
