Due to growth we have an multi faceted administration position available. We are looking for someone with a flair and passion for customer service who can be our next Administration Superstar.

You are someone that is approachable and friendly and is a great multitasker and happy to work in a fast-paced environment, with great communication skills. Attention to detail is very crucial to the role.

What We’re Looking For?

At least 5 years of Office experience essential

Experience with Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Word & Outlook

Shopify experience an advantage

Quick learner - ability to adapt to systems and processes with ease

Flexibility to work between 6am – 5pm

Reliable and punctual

Self starter - takes initiative and don't wait to be asked

Knowledge of the Food Service Industry is an advantage

Permanent Australian Resident / Citizen

Detail orientated and a team player

About the Role

This is a part time casual role (leading to permanent after qualifying period) with some flexibility in days and hours, some of your main responsibilities are:

Preparation of quotes for new and existing customers

Managing a busy inbox in a timely manner

Managing calendars and organising meetings

Contacting customers and attending to queries

Cold calling potential new customers

Assisting the Marketing team as required

Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
