We’ve recently moved into a brand-new facility in Wetherill Park and, as part of our growth journey, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team.

About the Role

Drive new business growth within Manufacturing markets across Western Sydney.

Identify opportunities for both clients and Now Careers, bringing value through workforce solutions.

Engage and build long-term relationships with prospective, new, and existing clients.

Conduct calls, attend meetings, and represent Now Careers at industry events.

Collaborate closely with internal Account Managers to ensure delivery of best practice service.

Contribute to the overall sales strategy and help shape Now Careers’ future growth.

About You

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Development within Recruitment and Labour Hire.

Proven track record of sales success and client acquisition.

Commercially astute with the ability to understand client challenges and tailor workforce solutions.

Strong knowledge of Awards, EBAs, and compliance requirements.

WHS-conscious with an understanding of industry obligations.

Proficient in pricing and submitting schedules to existing and prospective clients

Proficient in using CRMs such as JobAdder, Bullhorn, or similar.

Confident in leveraging extensive client databases for new opportunities.

Self-motivated, resilient, and enjoys the fast pace of sales.
