The Role

We’re seeking a motivated and hands-on Site Manager to lead and manage site-based operations across multiple civil projects, including subdivisions, roadworks, drainage, and large-scale bulk earthworks.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of works
• Leading and supervising site crews and subcontractors
• Managing project timelines, quality, safety, and environmental compliance
• Liaising with clients, engineers, and senior management
• Delivering projects on time and within budget
