Civil Labourers with HR License - Sydney

Atom Resources are looking for experienced Civil Labourers with a HR Truck License to join major infrastructure and utilities projects across Sydney. These are long-term opportunities with Tier 1 and Tier 2 civil contractors working on Ausgrid, Endeavour and large-scale civil infrastructure upgrades.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Driving HR trucks to transport materials, tools & equipment between sites

Hands-on civil works: trenching, pit & pipe installs, duct laying & concreting

Assisting with underground utilities, HV cable laying and stormwater drainage

Operating plant (Excavator, Posi, Roller, Dump Truck - tickets desirable)

Supporting site teams, maintaining safety & productivity

What We’re Looking For:

HR Truck Licence (essential) with proven civil site driving experience

Civil labouring background – trenching, pit & pipe, utilities or drainage

White Card + plant tickets (advantageous)

Physically fit, reliable and able to work in all conditions

Team player with good communication on busy sites

What’s On Offer:

$42/hr + penalties and own truck once proven
