Atom Resources are recruiting Civil Labourers to join major infrastructure projects across Western Sydney. This is a chance to secure long-term, ongoing work with great hours and genuine opportunities to progress.

About the Role:

Hands-on civil labouring: trenching, pipelaying, concreting, and site clean-up

Support underground HV cable installs & stormwater drainage works

Operate machinery (if ticketed): Dump Truck, Roller, Excavator, Posi, HR or MR.

Work safely as part of a team delivering key infrastructure upgrades

What You’ll Bring:

White Card + 2 contactable References

Civil labouring experience on large civil sites

Any of the following tickets: Dump Truck, Roller, Excavator, Posi Track, HR, MR, Confined Space or Working at Heights.

Fit, reliable, and keen to be part of a strong crew

The Offer:

$35–$40 per hour + travel and penalties

Secure, ongoing work on major civil projects

Up to 10-hour shifts + weekends available = big earning potential
