Kilmac Civil is seeking skilled Civil Operators (ABN subcontractors) to join our expanding team on projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of civil infrastructure, water, wastewater, stormwater, and utility projects, we offer competitive hourly rates, consistent full-time hours, and weekend opportunities for operators looking for reliable subcontractor work.

💡 About the Role

As a Civil Operator, you’ll operate plant and machinery to support our civil construction projects, including:

Water, wastewater, stormwater, and electrical utility infrastructure

New developments and subdivisions

Renewal and maintenance works across Sydney

Bulk earthworks and site preparation

Your day-to-day may include excavator operation, trenching, lifting, loading, site prep, and assisting crews with pipelaying and civil utility works.

✅ Essential Requirements

Minimum 3+ years’ experience operating civil plant and equipment

Current operator tickets (excavator, skid steer, roller, loader, etc.)

White Card (Construction Industry)

Current NSW Driver’s Licence

Must operate under a valid ABN

Safety-focused and physically fit

⭐ Desirable Skills & Licences

MR/HR Truck Licence

VOCs on multiple machines

Experience in utilities and live service environments

Ability to assist with labouring when required

Strong communication and teamwork skills
