Kilmac Civil is seeking experienced Civil Labourers (ABN subcontractors) to join our crews on projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of council, water authority, and private development projects, we offer consistent full-time hours, competitive rates, and weekend work opportunities for skilled labourers wanting ongoing subcontractor work.

💡 About the Role

As a Civil Labourer, you’ll support our teams in delivering a variety of projects including:

Water, wastewater, stormwater, and electrical utility infrastructure

New developments and subdivisions

Council renewal and maintenance projects

General civil works and site preparation

Your day-to-day tasks may include trenching, spotting machinery, manual handling, pit and pipe support, laying conduits, assisting trades, and site clean-up.

✅ Essential Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in civil construction/labouring

Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

Physically fit and capable of manual tasks

White Card (Construction Industry)

Current NSW Driver’s Licence

Must operate under a valid ABN

⭐ Desirable Skills & Licences

Experience working around utilities and live services

MR/HR Truck Licence

Excavator/Plant Operator tickets (advantage)

Strong safety awareness and communication skills
