About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity to join the Sales and Marketing team at HBC Trading Australia Pty Ltd, an established and reputable company based in Regents Park, NSW. As a Sales and Marketing specialist, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales and marketing initiatives, contributing to the overall success and growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

Support the devolpment and execution of Sales and Marketing strategies.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing supermarket clients to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities

Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to both existing and potential clients

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns

Tracking and analysing sales data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making

Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive client experience

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new products or services

What we're looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in a similar industry

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Proficient in using CRM systems and data analysis tools

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service

Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
