About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and strategic NSW Regional Growth & Sales Leader to join our team in Gladesville, NSW. This full-time, on-site position plays a vital role in shaping and executing our growth strategies across the Australian market. You'll be responsible for driving sales, nurturing key client relationships, and collaborating across departments to deliver on business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth Planning: Design and execute data-driven growth strategies that align with business goals.
Sales Leadership: Motivate and support the sales team to exceed revenue and performance targets in collaboration with the national Sales Manager.
Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand our customer base and enter untapped markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build, manage, and support high-value client relationships; assist in closing strategic deals.
Customer Experience: Collect, analyse, and act on customer feedback to elevate satisfaction and retention.
Performance Coaching: Track team and individual performance, offering regular coaching and feedback.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
Team Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.
Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed sales and market performance reports to leadership.
What You Bring
Minimum 2 Years experience in Sales or a related field
Proven success in driving sales growth and entering new markets
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong leadership and team development skills
Ability to operate both independently and as a team player
Experience in fitness, wellness, or sporting goods is highly desirable
