The opportunities
We are looking for two experienced Administration Officers to join our Administration Support Team.
Administration Officer – supporting Workforce capability
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Workforce Capability team within People and Engagement Services.
You will apply your advanced level experience in Microsoft Teams, the O365 suite and using enterprise data management systems to input, quality assure, extract and manipulate information to create presentations, governance documents and reports related to professional learning, workforce planning and organisational development.
Your attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines, provide advice and to use established skills to continually improve and build on established practices are crucial to this role. Self-management of day to day tasks is also a requirement.
High level written and oral communications skills that enable you to quickly build and maintain relationships with a range of people in schools and across the Toowoomba Catholic School Office will ensure success.
Administration Officer – supporting Inclusive education
In this role you will provide administrative support to the Inclusive education team within Education Services.
You will apply your advanced level experience in Microsoft Teams and the O365 suite, in particular Excel to input, quality assure, extract and manipulate information to create presentations and reports related to students with disability and with additional requirements.
Your attention to detail, ability to prioritise and work to deadlines and be agile, innovative and forward thinking will enable you to support the allied health professionals that make up this team. Self-management of day to day tasks is also a requirement.
High level written and oral communication skills that enable you to quickly build and maintain relationships with a range of people in schools and across the Toowoomba Catholic School Office will ensure success.

About you
Proven ability to carry out a wide range of standard and non-standard administrative duties to an advanced level to support a team of professionals.
Demonstrated ability to use and/or quickly acquire the necessary advanced level skills to use required software packages to create, input and/or extract correspondence, records, reports and data, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Evidenced ability to establish, implement, evaluate and improve work plans to deliver on agreed goals and priorities.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain highly functional and collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience working in an education and/or faith based context will be highly regarded.
