Duties and Responsibilities

As a Consultant, you will:

Design and implement data models and architecture to support operational, finance, and technical departments.

Establish knowledge and records management systems for accurate and consistent organisational access.

Produce analytical reports, KPI dashboards, and data visualisations to guide strategic decision-making.

Develop process documentation, workflow mapping, and compliance records to meet regulatory requirements.

Analyse customer service trends, address systemic issues, and recommend process/technology improvements.

Audit and optimise operational processes for forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning.

Prepare specifications and roadmaps for technology development and enhancements to business platforms.

Support client service level improvements and participate in business review processes.

Skills and Experience

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or information systems.

Strong knowledge of data architecture, reporting, and process optimization.

Ability to document, analyse, and improve workflows and compliance systems.

Experience with customer service analysis and operational planning.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Multi-lingual speaker with fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi

Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills

Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or Management (or equivalent experience).

Postgraduate qualifications will be highly regarded.
