Key Responsibilities

As an ICT Business Analyst, your duties will include:

Collaborating with stakeholders and users to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

Investigating and assessing current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.

Recommending and implementing best practices in business systems and functionalities.

Developing functional specifications for use by development teams.

Creating system test plans and participating in testing and quality assurance processes.

Preparing user manuals and delivering user training sessions.

Applying project management methodologies to support planning, cost estimation, and resource allocation.

Using data and process modelling techniques to develop clear system specifications.

Acting as a central reference point for technical and business teams, facilitating decision-making throughout project lifecycles.
