We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of a significant ERP/HCM program. This role is pivotal in shaping processes, systems, and data flows. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are well understood, translated into technical solutions, and aligned with compliance and organisational strategy.

What you will do

Analyse HCM processes, systems, and data flows end-to-end.

Gather and document detailed business requirements across departments.

Translate business needs into functional and non-functional user stories.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and process mapping in Agile delivery cycles.

Liaise with vendors and delivery teams to ensure alignment of specifications.

Partner with the HCM Delivery Lead on system configuration and BAU alignment.

Develop comprehensive business process and functional documentation.

Plan and coordinate testing, including UAT, to validate solutions.

Identify project risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.

Delivered as a Senior Business Analyst with deep HCM module expertise.

Worked across recruitment, onboarding, remuneration, benefits, or workforce management.

Applied Agile practices including backlog management and sprint planning.

Produced detailed documentation including business processes and functional specs.

Used Jira and Confluence for requirements and delivery tracking.

Liaised between technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Partnered with vendors and delivery teams on ERP or HCM implementations.

Supported testing cycles, risk management, and compliance alignment.
