Business Process & Systems Coordinator
Location: South East Suburbs | Industry Leader | Medical Devices

Are you passionate about driving process improvements and making a real impact in a growing, innovative company? Our client, a market leader in the design and manufacture of premium medical devices, is expanding and looking for a proactive Business Process & Systems Coordinator to join their collaborative team.

Reporting to the Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, this hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, streamlining operations, and supporting digital tools that enhance efficiency across the business.

· Permanent role, office based Mon – Fri 8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm

· $80K - $85K + super

What You'll Be Doing:

Coordinate Business Process Improvements: Identify inefficiencies and actively support the implementation of smarter, more effective workflows.

Support Quality Systems: Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and development of the company’s Quality Management System.

ERP & Reporting Systems: Be the go-to person for system support, reporting tools, and general business administration.

Workplace Safety Support: Assist in maintaining WHS documentation and supporting safety initiatives across the company.

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years' experience in a similar role involving business process support, systems admin, continuous improvement, quality coordination and process engineering.

Practical knowledge of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485).

Strong ERP system experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel.

Experience with SharePoint and Power BI is a major advantage.

Understanding of WHS compliance and document controlling is a plus.

A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving, analytical mindset.

Confidence in identifying process gaps and driving meaningful improvements across teams.
