Sales Operations Manager

At PAC Trading, we’re passionate about sustainable packaging solutions that help businesses make a positive impact. As our business continues to grow nationally, we’re looking for a driven Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational heartbeat of our sales function.

This role is your chance to combine leadership, commercial acumen, and process excellence to shape the way our Sales and Customer Service teams deliver outstanding results.

What you’ll be doing

Lead and continuously improve sales processes – from quoting and pricing approvals through to customer onboarding and pipeline management.

Manage, coach, and develop our Customer Service Team, fostering a culture of responsiveness, collaboration, and service excellence.

Partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to streamline workflows for our Custom Print offer.

Drive sales capability by equipping the Field Sales team with tools, training, and support.

Be the custodian of pricing governance, ensuring consistency and protecting margin.

Own sales reporting and CRM management, delivering accurate insights and enabling smarter decisions across the business.

About you

You’re a natural organiser and problem-solver with a track record of making sales operations run smoothly. You thrive on turning complexity into clarity and empowering teams to succeed.

You’ll bring:

5+ years’ experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Support (product-based B2B/B2B2C).

Strong leadership skills, ideally with experience leading a Customer Service or Sales Support team.

Proven ability to improve processes and deliver efficiency gains.

Confidence in CRM systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards.

Commercial acumen with an understanding of pricing and revenue management.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

Experience in packaging, FMCG, wholesale distribution, or manufacturing is highly regarded.
