About us
SelectCleaning is one of Australasia’s most established home cleaning franchise groups, with more than 400 businesses across New Zealand and Australia. We are expanding in Sydney and need an experienced leader who can drive sales, support franchisees, and grow the region.

The role
This is a hands-on leadership position that combines sales, business development, and operations management. You will not be stuck behind a desk. You will be out meeting people, solving problems, and helping franchise owners succeed.

Key responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard new franchise owners

Convert customer enquiries into regular ongoing work

Train, coach, and mentor franchisees to run profitable businesses

Oversee service quality and customer satisfaction

Drive business growth across the Sydney region
