The opportunity

As Caravan Sales Manager at Snowy River Newcastle, you will lead and manage our thriving caravan sales team, helping to grow our business and deliver exceptional customer experiences. In this full-time role based in Heatherbrae, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing our sales strategies, and building a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

Lead, manage and motivate a team of caravan sales consultants to exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer service

Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make informed business decisions

Foster a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven team culture

Provide coaching, training, and development to the sales team to enhance their skills and capabilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) in a sales management role, ideally within the caravan or automotive industry

Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets

Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and implement effective sales strategies

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members

Ability to work collaboratively, maintain a positive attitude, and foster a team-oriented environment

Relevant qualifications or certifications in sales, management, or the caravan/automotive industry
