As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead and drive our outbound sales team to new heights.
About The Role:
The Call Centre Manager will be responsible for the daily operation, performance management, and strategic direction of our outbound sales team. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales, people management, and an understanding of the renewable energy space — particularly Solar and Battery storage solutions.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales agents to achieve individual and team targets.
Develop and implement sales scripts, training modules, and performance monitoring tools to optimise sales conversion rates.
Monitor and analyse key KPIs (calls per day, conversion rate, revenue per rep, etc.), taking action to improve underperformance.
Work closely with the operation & external sales teams to ensure high-quality leads and customer satisfaction.
Implement effective sales and incentive strategies to boost team motivation and performance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar and battery products, market trends, and competitor activity.
Prepare regular performance and forecast reports for senior management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Call Centre Manager or Team Leader in a high-volume sales environment.
Experience within the Solar, Battery, or Renewable Energy industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team toward success.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Solid understanding of CRM systems and call centre technology.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
