Our client is a well known dealership group with sites across Sydney. They seek an experienced General Sales Manager to assist in delivering additional profit and growth to an already successful operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for a current General Sales Manager or a Senior New Car Manager to take the next step in their career. In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will need to possess previous experience as a General Sales Manager or Senior New Car Manager, gained within a franchised new car dealership. You are driven, hands on and capable of leading the team from the front. You are organised, capable of guiding and mentoring your team and are looking for an opportunity to meet and exceed targets and expectations.

The remuneration for this position will consist of a retainer of between $90k - $100k, depending on previous experience, a generous commission structure, car or allowance and superannuation.
