Accounts Officer

Our client delivers high-quality construction and fit-out solutions across commercial, retail, and residential sectors. They are currently seeking a detail-focused full-time Accounts Officer to support their finance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing and submitting invoices
• Following up with clients on outstanding payments
• Reconciling supplier and subcontractor invoices
• Managing credit card transactions and weekly pay runs
• Following up on invoice approvals and outstanding payments
• Reconciling employee timesheets
• Assisting with basic financial reporting and debtor reviews

Essentials:

• Experience within a similar industry preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a similar finance role
• Proficiency with Xero accounting software
• Strong systems skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and communication
