Due to our current and future work load, Dixon Homes Cairns has a Full time Office Administrator position available for an immediate start. We are looking for an energetic, well presented individual who works well in a dynamic team environment.

About the Role:

Order checking bills

Entering bills

Weekly & Monthly payment runs

Trouble-shooting bills with issues

Order confirmations

Supporting the Administration Team.

Liaising with clients to issue progress payments and provide updates.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous office administration or accounts experience.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn a new computer system.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Team player who can also work autonomously, driven and self-motivated.

Adapt readily to working across different projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
