What You’ll Do

In this full-time position where you will help keep our financial and admin operations smooth, accurate, and compliant:

Manage Financial Workflows

Reconcile accounts and manage timely payments

Run payroll weekly (3 entities) using Xero supported by Finance Manager

Perform daily reconciliations of Account Payable

Support Admin and Systems

Keep SimPro, Xero & Ezzybills clean and up to date

Coordinate Ezzybills and Dext invoicing and purchase order workflows

Support Leadership Team with ad-hoc admin tasks and business projects

Ensure Reporting & Compliance

Assist with BAS, PAYG, Superannuation, and other obligations

Drive Efficiency

Identify and implement workflow improvements

Support monthly close, data entry, and vendor onboarding and coordination

Who You Are

You’re someone who:

Has solid experience in admin, AP, payroll, and basic bookkeeping

Is confident using software such as Xero (essential), SimPro, Ezzybills, Employment Hero (or quick to learn)

Understands the basic fundamentals of payroll including construction/ plumbing awards and payroll compliance

Takes pride in accurate data entry and ticking off your to-do list

Thrives in a fast-paced, team-first environment

Communicates clearly and works proactively
